How does the entire process work?
After you fill out and submit the medical review form, one of our licensed U.S. physicians will determine if you are eligible to benefit from the medication you have chosen. If you are eligible, the physician will then write a prescription for that medication and forward it to a one of our licensed U.S. pharmacies to be filled. The pharmacy will then fill your prescription with FDA approved medicine and ship your order via FedEx Next Day Air to you in discreet packaging.
About Online Consultation
Online consultations are a new concept in health care that utilize the Internet to improve patient access to physician care. The patient does not receive a traditional physical exam by the physician, but rather completes an online questionnaire and communicates with the physician using our secure online communication tool. Although online consultations will never take the place of traditional medicine, they do provide a means for patients to receive treatment for a limited number of conditions that, in certain circumstances, may not require a physical exam.
In developing this new Internet medium for the delivery of health care services, our organization is committed to meeting and exceeding current regulations. We only fill prescriptions from credentialed, certified physicians that are licensed in the U.S. We are licensed in all states in which we dispense medication, and employ highly qualified pharmacists to provide you with the highest standards of pharmaceutical care. All medication is obtained from a legitimate pharmaceutical wholesaler or the manufacturer, so you can be sure you are receiving the same quality medication you would receive at your neighborhood drug store.

What are your shipping rates and policies?
Due to patient demand and our highly streamlined and automated order system, we only ship via FedEx Next Day at a flat rate of $18 per order.
NO P.O. BOXES or APO ADDRESSES
We do not process prescription orders on Sunday. If you place an order after 11:00 am Eastern Standard Time on Saturday, the order will most likely be reviewed by the physician and be sent to the pharmacy on Monday.
Can I get a refund or exchange a prescriptions medication?
Sorry, due to federal law, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges on any prescriptions medication.

Our on-line ordering system uses the latest in Secure Encryption Technology. All personal and credit card information is submitted with the highest level of security and precautions. Our system also has safeguards in place to protect against credit card fraud. Individuals attempting the fraudulent use of a credit card will be reported.
